rewrite All tenants are eligible for a rent increase at any time during their lease term. The tenant will be given 30 to 60 days' notice based on your lease term whether you're a year lease or a month to month on the start of the rent increase. If failure to comply with the rent increase will convert your lease to a month to month if it isn't already with the new amount failure to pay new amount can result an eviction or termination of lease with forfeiture. The new Modified Lease Contract will begin on the date stated in the notice (without necessity of your signature) unless you give us 30 to 60 days written move out notice. (Written move out notice must be from the 1st to the last day of the the first)
