Rewrite As a student who is pursuing my graduate degree to further my career and expand my knowledge having SMART goals is important to ensure I can meet my career and academic goals. I plan to ask for feedback from my colleagues and my clients at least once per month and take the steps needed to make improvements to my ability to complete my work and be the best employee I can be within two weeks of their feedback. Over the next 6 months I will also complete at least three new training classes to expand my knowledge for my job which will allow me to bring new ideas and help me stand out for future promotional purposes. I plan to complete at least 3 courses per twelve week quarter over the next year to work towards completing my graduate program, I will achieve this by completing my assignments at least one day prior to their expected due dates, by setting aside 30 minutes per week to list all due dates for my assignments and working on them in order of what is due first
