You may notice that I am a new face to the company, and I would like to take a few moments to introduce myself. I am Starry Ramkellawan, I'm extremely excited to be here and be a part of an outstanding organization. My role here is to revamp SNHU Pet supply management plan with the concerns that have been raised to improve address existing issues and rebuild the teams and our company culture as well as improving how our leadership provides communication and collaboration across the organization to ensure it is consistent and all processes are consistent across the organization. I have spoken to some of your team members, and they have expressed that the morale of the teams is feeling undervalued and frustrated that their skills and attributes are not being utilized and/or recognized and their feedback are not being addressed.
