rewrite I appreciate when followers have the self-determination to use their judgment to proceed with a plan of action as long as it fits within agency guidelines. In my agency, the community resource specialist position that I will supervise requires no education or experience. It is essentially a home-based case worker without the requirements. My belief that they can use their own judgment for most things will likely cause me trouble down the line. I need to adjust that thinking to be a bit more structured. One way I could do this is by having a group staffing meeting in which they can troubleshoot their ideas and plans with the group while I supervise and guide them.
