rewrite I was given a task to write out a Know Why and Comply document that lays out a new change that is coming. This communication is for a large audience that includes scheduling staff, ordering providers (MD's, NP's, APP's), business staff, clinic staff, managers, supervisors, directors, and VP's. This communication was critical to get out in a timely manner before our Go-Live set date and it needed to be written professionally and in a way that was easy to read and understand
