rewrite If a tenant is locked out of the apartment at any time it is a fee of 100.00 per lockout. (Fee must be paid to maintenance before the door is unlocked). If maintenance is unavailable for the lockout, it is tenants responsible to call a locksmith at tenants' expenses. If the tenant is required to call locksmith no damage is allowed to be made to the property if any damage is made to the property to the locksmith coming out the tenant is responsible for all repairs and the repairs must be done in 24 hours landlord is to be notified immediately in writing through text message or e-mail that said issue is being made. If the locks are changed as stated above tenant is to give the landlord a new set of keys immediately
