I'm currently working at welfare to work program where we support the needy family to lead them towards self-sufficiency. My goal is to become the project director to oversee the program. I used to be CalWORKs recipient and received the services and assisted in many ways to lead towards self-sufficiency. However, there are many other individuals who are still unable to utilize better the program. I am prosperous if I become a project manager of the program, I would ensure that majority of needed family should get benefit from the program in a better way, make sure to assess their education and employment needs, help them to provide all necessary services to help them achieve their education & employment goals to overcome either barriers and achieve self-sufficiency
