Rewrite professionally: With that said, you should expect that all advocacy related pieces will now fall to the responsibility of the operations teams for handling. To do this best, we best support our patients and families when we move the work closer to them in their journey. It is for this reason that the decision to dissolve our patient advocacy department was made. In the coming weeks and months as we retool our OM training, we will shift that responsibility to each office manager who has built relationships with our patients, their families, and other key members of their community where they are located. Additionally, as the management company, we have a responsibility to all our providers and owners to be good stewards of their licensure. To do that we must have a best-in-class compliance department that oversees both the patient experience and provider quality, and therefore this is where resources are being prioritized
