In my order, I stated and paid an extra fee to have two of the items ordered to be delivered in two separate packages, one for my husband and one for my daughter. But you ignored my specific instructions and sent all the items in one package to my daughter instead who lives in a different city. And what's worst, it was one week late from the expected delivery date. I wanted to surprise my husband for our 15th wedding anniversary, and the other order was for my daughter's upcoming job interview. But your team went ahead and created a blunder instead. And to add salt to the wound, you even sent the wrong items for both orders! For goodness sake, how much worse can this get?
