rewrite: The largest pressures I have faced in the workplace that greatly impacted ethical performance was the pressure of getting an order/shipment out. If something was on hold due to red flags that other departments like sales did not understand it felt like the weight of the world came down on you to get it out especially if it was an end of quarter. Trying to make the numbers for a quarter seem to supersede ethical behavior. We would have all types of management come down and try to understand and push an order to go out. So much so that it made me, even question if what I was standing for ethically and morally was right. What I have found that helps in this area is keeping everyone trained constantly. Any new hires are to be trained as well and follow a trade compliance program that shows who is responsible for what when it comes to trade compliance. At the end of the day, you have to stick by your ethics and morals. If you feel pressured, you can discuss with your boss and if that does not work you can contact your HR
