For example, when a leader shows empathy for how others are feeling the employees will tend to open more and grow trust in who they are working for. Also, if a leader applies the servant leader aptitude, it proves that a leader truly cares for taking care of their employees. If a leader only demands work, it is not enough to motivate a team of people. People need to feel that they are worth something, and a leader does that by encouraging hard work and team collaboration in the workplace. I had also learned that creating a diverse and inclusive environment is so important to ensure that people feel heard, and that no matter their background or experience they can still achieve great results
