Here is an employee who started in a new role with me and I walked through her learnings and ability after training. We walked through this and I checked her off on areas where she is strong and where she showed her ability to do the work. She meets the expectations of her role. As a leader, we do this so that we can make sure team members are comfortable, knowledgeable and following what their tasks are during their workday.
