They are influencing others to join the team, they are patient focused, they care and are passionate about the work and are helping our institute become and stay successful. They are experts in this are of intake because they learned the information, trained in the standard work, follow the work to a T and know their responsibilities. They can translate what is written down in a standard work to a person who find this work to be foreign. When you have a team member who managers, supervisors, VP's and business staff coming to them for answers, this shows how big of an impact expert power has on staff and the company
