months passed without Sofia taking any action. In the seventh month, after some torrential

rains, the roof collapsed, damaging the moveable property of Sara and injuring her $10-$year$-$

old son. Sara sued Rex for all the damages to her property, including injuries to her son. Rex

argued to the court that he was not notified by his agent and would have promptly made
