During January, the company had the following transactions:

  1. Purchased $60,000 worth of materials on account.
  2. Recorded materials issued to production as follows:

  3. Recorded factory payroll costs from labor time tickets that revealed the following:

  4. Applied overhead to production at a rate of $27.00 per direct labor hour for 487 actual direct labor hours.
