Rhea & Rakul entered into a contract with each other which was based on buying and selling of imported designer handbags and it was agreed to dispose part payment when consignment would be dispatched by Rhea & the remaining when it would be received by Rakul. Rhea imported the handbags from several places including Bangkok, Bali, Japan, Korea. Post packaging while she was just about to send the consignment, she asked Rakul to make an advance payment towards the said goods. Rakul said that she does not want to deal Rhea anymore and hence does not want the goods. Rhea had bought the goods by paying Rs. 6 lakhs. Now Rhea wants to file a case against Rakul. Advise her.
