Rhonda Lemming is a practising paralegal and a sole practitioner. Rhonda has been licensed for three years, and has had the good fortune to hire an extremely experienced law clerk, Sally Marino, to work for her. Rhonda is acting for the plaintiff in a Small Claims Court action and will be out of the office for three days. Rhonda tells Sally to prepare a batch of final reporting letters for clients while she is away and says that she trusts Sally to "rubber stamp" them with Rhonda's signature.
