Richard bought a popcorn machine at one of Homy Ltd stores in January 2021. The instruction manual indicated that this was an intelligent popcorn machine which means that it can be controlled remotely through a phone app.The manual also stated that the manufacturer IntelApp was not liable for any injury caused by the machine. It also indicated that the machine should not be left unattended while in operation. Returning home, Richard programmed the machine to start toasting the corn twenty minutes before arriving home. As he entered the house, he found out that the popcorn machine is on fire.Richard was in shock and unable to attend work for several weeks. The fire brigade reported that the popcorn machine had a faulty piece. Also, Richard found out that his phone stopped working when he activated the popocorn machine remotely. Advise Peter on the type of actions with justification that he could undertake against Homy Ltd.Also please advise how that would be different if the popcorn machine simply would have stopped working six months after having purchased it
