Richard has just listed a property for Eden Estates. After the morning briefing, his fellow agent Cruz has expressed interest in the property. Cruz's house has just sold and he is in the market for a house. Richards new listing sounds ideal. Under the legislation it is however an offence for an estate agent/agent's representative to obtain a beneficial interest in a property they've been commissioned to sell.
