Nora Resort has been under financial pressure since the global financial crisis affected the flow of international tourists. The Board of Nora Resort cuts the budgets and informs Richard that he cannot enter into any contracts valued at over HK$100,000. Despite this instruction, he proceeds to negotiate a landscaping contract with Willow Landscaping Ltd that is valued at HK$130,000. The CEO of Nora Resort asks Richard what is happening, and Richard informs him of the landscaping project. After considering the circumstances, the CEO tells Willow Landscaping Ltd to proceed.
