Richard went to a fish and chip shop and asked for two fresh lobsters for dinner. The fish shop owner explained that he had no live lobsters, but that he had some boiled ones, which he solt to Richard. The lobsters weren't fresh and Richard, after eating them, became seriously ill. Advise Richard whether he has any action to him under the Australian Consumer Law?
