For each month Jan-Jun and for each store, 50 randomly chosen customers were surveyed, making 24 surveys in all. Satisfaction is measured on a scale of 0-10 with 10 being best. Management have decided that they want to target an underlying mean satisfaction of 7.5

The worksheet has all the results in stacked form. Use Pivotables to report the mean score for all 24 surveys. Arrange the table with four rows (for each store) and 6 columns (for each month). Also, colour code any mean that is below the target benchmark of 7.5 in RED.
In ws Store 4 which gives the results of the six surveys for store 4 only. Use ordinary Excel to calculate the mean and the standard deviation of each survey.
