Switch to Notes Page view, type Start online feed, switch to Normal view, then switch to Slide Show view.

Open Handout Master view, change the slides per page to $4,$ then apply background Style $5.$

Create a custom slide show that displays slides $1,5,$ and $6$ from the presentation, then save it as EMS.

Run the custom slide show, press ESC when you are finished, then save the presentation as a PowerPoint Show. The completed presentation is shown in Figure $8-18.$
