Rob is a carpenter who has an agreement with Hope Homeowner to fix some furniture. Hope has placed $500 toward the work, and the work is scheduled to end two weeks from when this was established. Rob is running terribly behind, and as these things go, Hope no longer needs furniture fixed as Hope will be acquiring brand new furniture. Fred Neighbor has phoned Hope to see if she has a recommendation for a carpenter. Fred is looking for someone to perform minor touch-ups on his furniture.Hope suggests that Rob simply transfer the contract to Fred. Rob is relieved that Hope no longer needs the job done, but still has a contract, so he suggests that Paul the carpenter take over the contract and build the deck for Fred instead.

So, Rob suggests to Hope that he gives his part of the contract to Paul and that Hope gives her part of the contract to Fred. Will this be possible?
