Robert, an antique car dealer, had invited Mae out for dinner for their first date. To impress her, Robert booked a table at an award-winning and very expensive French restaurant - Gateaux. They were getting along well, the food was great, they shared a particularly good vintage of South African wine and after the main course. Robert ordered a cake and coffee for himself, and Mae chose special fondant chocolate ice cream for herself. As Mae was eating her ice cream, she coughed and vomited a decomposed insect.
