Robert is a British citizen, who was born and resides in London, England with his spouse, Maria. Robert has a four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology from the University of Cambridge in England, which he obtained in May 2012, and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, which he obtained in June 2014.

Robert was an honor student during his time at university. In June 2015, a reputable company in London, HB Industries, offered him a position as a trainee technologist with the electrical engineering department for a period of six months and since June 2016 as an electrical engineering technologist. ABC Tech Inc. was impressed with Robert's experience in designing and developing test power equipment, industrial process control systems, and in his skills to carry out applied research in fields of electrical and electronic engineering and physics. His experience and skills are aligned with the skills needed for the position they are looking to fill.

ABC Tech Inc. has offered Robert a one-year contract with an annual salary of $93,600 CAD for 40 hours per week (hourly rate being $45 per hour). The employer provided Robert with an offer of employment number A0123456.

Robert contacted the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists. He scheduled to sit for the Internationally Educated Professional Practice Exam (IEPPE), which he passed and is now able to practice in Ontario as an engineering technologist.

When Isabella retired to the senior home, Robert and Maria moved into her house. The couple owns a small apartment in London that they rent out for $1000 CAD per month. They have a bank account with a balance equivalent to $65,000 CAD. They have travelled many times in the past to Italy and Egypt.
