Robin recently started a podcast called "The Netflix Effect" where she interviews celebrities who became famous because of digital media platforms such as Netflix. Can Netflix successfully sue Robin for false endorsement under the Lanham Act? Please explain why.

Please respond to the above case using the False Endorsement principle in the Lanham Act under section 43 such that if a term misleads people about its source or affiliation then the party that the term is causing damages to may sue the person using the trademark. Please also refer to the Parks v. LaFace Records case and the Rogers v Grimaldi case when evaluating 1st Amendment defenses.
