Robin works as the only female carpenter on the set of a motion picture production. When she started work, Robin was given an employee handbook. Among other things, the handbook stated that the production would not tolerate any type of sexual harassment and provided a clear procedure for any employee who felt they were being harassed to report it, as well as the procedure the production company would follow to address promptly and thoroughly any complaints. Soon after Robin was hired, the male carpenters on the production, including Robin's supervisor, posted pictures of naked women all over the tool storage room and were constantly making jokes of a sexual nature. They would also "accidently" bump into Robin in a sexually suggestive manner. Robin was so outraged by this conduct that she immediately hires a lawyer, obtains a right to sue letter from the EEOC and files a lawsuit seeking to hold the production company responsible for the behavior of the male carpenters.
What kind of sexual harassment would Robin allege she has been subjected to?
