Mona answered that $150.00 was $50.00 more than she had paid in the past and said that she would pay the $150.00 if Rodney would clean the gutters and the front steps. He answered, "I'll clean the gutters and clean the front steps, but for $175.00". Mona rejected that offer, saying "No, I don't think we can do business today" and continued to rake. Rodney then said "O.K. I accept your last offer - I'll clean the gutters and the front steps for $150.00". Mona walked away, while Rodney yelled, "We have a contract. I'll see you in court"
