Obviously in order to answer 2, 3, and 4 successfully, you'll need to have understood Scalia and Breyer's argument and be capable of applying some of their ideas to your own thinking. Personally I side more with Scalia, who is an originalist. How can I apply this to the Roe v Wade case while also supporting abortion.
