This (virtual or in person) class will be facilitated by the instructor but led by the students. The Proposal Presentation will represent an overall communication status of the project. Students will present to project leadership and the acting project management office (PMO) on the project proposal approach to their project plan. You will determine the critical items to present for approval of your proposal.This exercise is to simulate an executive debriefing where a project manager has limited time with an executive. Your classmates and instructor will represent the executive board and the PMO by asking questions and providing feedback.
