Role play 1 Your assessor will play the role of either Stephanie or Ben from Assessment Task 3, Case study 1. Demonstrate how you would conduct the meeting in order to discuss their proposed listing. You will need to establish rapport and show how you can actively engage with the client. During the role play your assessor will be looking to see if you can effectively communicate by: establishing rapport with the client determining the client's needs, preferences and requirements giving the client accurate advice addressing the client's concerns. Role play 2 Your assessor will choose two scenarios from Assessment Task 5 to role play, choosing from case studies 5-10 The role plays will be conducted as meetings with the client aimed at resolving the situation or recommending further actions. You should use the discussion plans that you developed as part of the project to guide you through the meetings. Your assessor will be observing your ability to deal effectively with each situation using effective conflict resolution techniques. Following the role paly you will debrief the situation and discuss any follow up actions and recording and reporting requirements
