4. Review the instructions here and the skills outlined in theObservation Form.Arrange a time with your assessor to observe you in implementing the action items. Discuss all requirements of the task with your assessor and prepare these before meeting with your team members.

If direct observation from your assessor is not possible, record your implementation of each action item in a video. Ensure to obtain permission first from persons involved before doing so.
