Romeo is fed up with the fact that Juliet won't go out with him. One day, determined to get a memento of hers, he knocks on her door and, finding it unlocked, walks in. He walks into her bedroom, sees a bracelet on the dresser, and takes it and leaves. Discuss whether Romeo would be guilty of burglary at common law or under the modern variation.
