Ronald McDonald owns a hamburger restaurant "McDonalds". The restaurant is quite popular and Ronald hires Jake to sell franchises so that others business people can set up their own "McDonalds" and be able to purchase the "Secret Sauce" used in McDonalds hamburgers.

In selling franchises, Jake enters into a contract with Wendy to purchase a franchise. It turns out that Ronald McDonald and Wendy used to be married. Ronald is still very upset over his divorce and doesn't want Wendy to operate a hamburger restaurant. Therefore, he refuses to provide Wendy with his secret sauce. Wendy sues Ronald McDonald for breach of contract and wants to be able to purchase the "secret sauce" for the hamburgers. Advise all three parties.
