Ronald McDonald owns a restaurant called "McDonald's". The restaurant is quite popular and Ronald hires James Bond as his agent to sell franchises so that others business people can set up their own "McDonald's" restaurant and be able to purchase his "secret sauce" that Ronald puts on his famous Big Mac hamburgers. In selling franchises, James Bond enters into a contract with Wendy to purchase a franchise. It turns out that Wendy and Ronald used to be married. Ronald McDonald is still very upset over his divorce from Wendy and doesn't want Wendy to operate a "McDonald's" restaurant. Therefore, while Wendy has already opened up a McDonald's restaurant, Ronald McDonald refuses to provide Wendy with his "secret sauce". Wendy sues Ronald McDonald for breach of contract and wants to be able to purchase the "secret sauce" for the Big Mac.
