Royal Software Ltd. ("Royal") and GTA E-Commerce Inc. ("GTA") entered into a long- term business contract. The relationship between the parties had been good and mutually beneficial. However, recently a bitter dispute arose regarding the contract. Royal has commenced legal action against GTA, and GTA has filed its defence. The matter is being litigated in the Ontario Trial Court.
