rroblem 3 ( 40 points): A chemical manufacturer plans to make product P (liquid), by reaction raw materials A (liquid) and B (liquid) in a solvent S (liquid) in the presence of a catalyst C (solid). The reaction is 95% complete after it is being washed with water ti kill the catalyst. The product (organic phase) is separated from the aqueous phase (water phase). The water phase is sent to plant disposal facility while the organic phase is stored in a crude tank and is fed to a distillation column to recover the solvent and the unreacted raw materials which are recycled to the reactor. The remaining crude is fed to a second distillation where the lighter then product components are separated and sold to a firm that reclaims them. The product and the reaction heavies are fed to a 3rd distillation column where product is recovered from top of the column and the heavies are recovered from bottom of the column for in plant use. Draw the block flow diagram for this process, clearly showing every major equipment (tank, pump, column,..etc) and connections
