Trios college is building a new campus in Scarborough.

For this project, the project manager is given 12 months. The PM already wrote the Project Charter and the project resources and funding is provided.

Some rules:

Let's assume that the Pre-design phase is done.

For the 4 remaining phases, Each phase of the project needs to finish before next phase starts.

Each phase can take a maximum of 2 months, except construction, which can take 4-6 months.

For construction, Each floor needs 4 things: Bricks/Cement, Windows, Paint, and Electrical work. Here is the order:

Foundation first (4 weeks)

Then bricks/cements for Floor 1 (3 weeks)

Then bricks/cements for floor 2, and windows for floor 1 (4 weeks)

Then Bricks and cements for Floor 3, and windows for floor 2 and paint for floor 1 (4 weeks)

Then Bricks and cements for floor 4, and windows for floor 3, and paint for floor 2 and electrical work for floor 1. (3 weeks)

Then Windows for floor 4, paint for floor3, and electrical work for floor 2 (3 weeks)

Then paint for floor 4, and electrical work for floor 3 (2 weeks)

Then electrical work for floor 4 (1 week)

Maximum 4 floors.

Everyone works for 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.

Your cost: $50/hr.

Project coordinator: $30/hr, available to help you for whole project.

Brick/Cement: 10 workers, $40/hr each

Windows: 4 workers, $50/hr each

Paint: 8 workers, $50/hr each
