S Student satisfaction is the main dependent variable to the research since this study to investigate the student satisfaction towards bus service in UUM. This variable indicates the level of contentment, pleasure, or satisfaction that students have with the campus shuttle services. It can be measured with surveys, questionnaires, or rating instruments designed to elicit students' perceptions, opinions, and attitudes regarding various aspects of the bus services. Student satisfaction is the dependent variable because it is the outcome or result that is affected by the independent variables under investigation. It reflects the subjective and global evaluation of the bus services from the perspective of the students. It includes aspects such as convenience, dependability, comfort, accessibility, affordability, tidiness, punctuality, and the overall quality of the conveyance services provided.
