Saddiq was a very brilliant studentinhis school. He received Royal scholarship for his studies and became a tutorinthe school helping teachers to teach less competent students to excel in their examination. One of the parents knew about Saddiq and offered to hire him as the personal tutor to his son, named Shah. Shah's parents offered to pay MYR 1000 monthly for his service. Saddiq was more than happy to agree to the offer since Shah was in fact his best friend. At the end of the month, Saddiq waited for the payment but failed to see the agreed amount credited to his account. He called Shah's parents and he was told that due to some circumstances, they were not able to pay the promised amount.

Advise Saddiq whether he has a valid contract with Shah's parent regarding the payment for his personal tutoring service.
