Sadly, we have a current situation in Ukraine that demonstrates Global Leadership. As this situation unfolds, we can observe differences between global leadership styles. One of the core elements of this conflict is grounded in culture.

The textbook delineates different leadership models, the videos for this week, although created in 2015, are relevant to today's global situation.

Reflect on the situation in Ukraine in terms of global leadershp and the actions of the three central actors, Biden, Putin, and Zelensky, Compare and contrast their leadership behaviors in terms of cultural leadership. What do you see as the primary culture differences in their styles? What cultural tensions do you see in play, don't forget to consider generaltional differences and communication differences.? Regardless of the end result, which style do you think is most effective in a global leadership challenge.
