Sal and Hal are cousins that have a dispute regarding the ownership of a Las Vegas casino. During the course of the litigation but before trial, Sal begins sending his armed security men over to Hal's house in the evenings each hour to "check up on Hal". Hal protests and Sal tell him he just being "cousinly: and looking for Hal. the security men continue to visit nightly, A few days after their conversation, Sal has his attorney make a low-ball settlement offer to Hal. Hal accepts the settlement offer, and the parties sign an agreement. Hals later regrets his acceptance and seeks to have the settlement agreement set aside for duress.
