Sala is part of a Capstone 1 team. Her work is of very good quality and she can be counted on to do a thorough analysis of the financials. However, she is very careful before speaking up as she wants to be sure what she says is absolutely correct. As a result, while she is very attentive at meetings, she is very quiet for fear of saying something wrong. The other team members value Sala's opinion and wish she would speak up more. They will often ask her if she has anything to add or comment on, but she always says no. As a result, the team worries about her ability to be able to speak up and answer questions during the oral presentation.
