Sales guy works as a independent sales contractor for a Syrup Company trying to get them sales from ORU. They have an agreement whereby he will get a % of the syrup sales he brings in on sales to ORU. He works hard and lands the ORU deal and begins getting paid commissions on those sales. Sales guy then goes out and gets another deal for Syrup Company (with OU) but they never really iron out the terms, although the company knew Sales Guy was working on the OU sale and they never told him to stop. Sales Guy gets the OU deal for Syrup Company, but Syrup Company refuses to pay him his commissions. Is Sales Guy out of luck? Is there a sticky contract?
