    1. A nearby river overflowed its banks and got into Sallys house. It will cost $8,000 to repair the damage to her hardwood floors and $3,000 to replace the carpet.

  1. They came home after a night at the movies with their kids and found the house had been burglarized. All of Sallys jewelry was gone, as well as Chucks coin collection. They had also stolen an iPad ($600), TV ($450) and an headphones ($400).

  1. Lightning hit a very large tree in the neighbors yard causing it to fall onto Sallys property. The tree did damage to Sallys fence that will cost $750 to repair, and it did $2,500 damage to her roof.
