Sally Sophomore and Joey Junior were headed to Miami Beach for Spring Break.Enough of this Covid social distancing.Sally booked flight on Jet Blue and got a hotel room right overlooking the beach.When she booked the room at the Margaritaville Hotel at $275.00 per night.The hotel required a credit card to reserve the room.They were planning to be in Miami on 3/27 to 4/3.As a result of overcrowding and lack of social distancing, the Mayor of Miami Beach required that all bars and restaurants close at 8:00 and no one can come over the causeway to the beach after 10:00.The curfew lasts through April 5.Sally and Joey are party animals.The curfew sounds like a drag.Sally calls the hotel on 3/22 to cancel their reservation.The hotel said that their policy requires one week notice to cancel reservations.The hotel said we are going to charge your card for the seven nights =$1,975.00.Joey says "party time".
