Sally student is about to go off to college and is visiting with her Grandmother. Sally shares with her Grandmother that finding housing in "Little Town with the Big State University" is difficult if not impossible because there are not many apartments to rent. She goes on to say, those that are available are very expensive.
Sally's Grandmother turns to Sally and says, "Uncle John, God rest his soul" used to live in the mobile home in the backyard. I bet your Uncle Bobby the logger could move that over to "Little Town with the Big State University" without any trouble at all with his logging truck if you could find a trailer park to set it up. That would be a great solution for the 4 years you will have to live there."
Sally is elated and locates a trailer park which has utility hookups.
Sally and her Grandmother then approach Uncle Bobby and ask him to move the trailer to "Little Town with the Big State University". He says, he would be glad to do it but not sure he can because he is reluctant to get the expensive permits because the last time he did such a favor for someone else the State Patrol issued him a traffic citation for moving real property without a permit and the town it was in cited him for destruction of property.
It the mobile home real property of personal property? Why or why not? Use the IRAC method of analysis for your response.
