Sally works as a manager for an Export\Import company, her authorities includes concluding contracts up to 11000 $ and any transaction exceeds this value has to be made by the partners themselves. While she was on a trip to Europe to search for new business opportunities, she attended a commercial exhibition where products are sold quickly for those who are present in the exhibition. Sally noticed that some of the important items that the company deals with are offered for sale at a very discounted price, therefore, she concluded a series of transactions that each one of them exceeds 11000 $ in the name and account of the company, Sally paid the costs of these deals by using the company's funds and her own money as well.
