Sally noticed that some of the important items that the company deals with are offered for sale at a very discounted price, therefore, she concluded a series of transactions that each one of them exceeds 11000 $ in the name and account of the company, Sally paid the costs of these deals by using the company's funds and her own money as well. The company made great profits from these deals. However, all of that was done without any prior authorization from the partners.
Sally requested refund of the sums she paid to conclude the contracts, however, the company partners replied that the company is not obliged to refund her any money because she exceeded her authorities as a manager.
