Sam is a door-to-door salesman. His company is contracted by individual companies to sell their products. His latest task has been to sell gym memberships to the neighborhood where the gym just opened. The gym is called MAXmuscle and is heavily geared towards body-building. He has arrived at the residence of an elderly lady Linda, who is 95 years old, struggles to hear, see and write. Sam is extremely enthusiastic and explains that memberships have never been this cheap at $300 per month down from their old price of $600 per month. He also tells her that all the oldies are doing it and they have great classes for older citizens. Before long Linda has signed a 10-year membership.
Linda consults with all closest girlfriends and finds out none of them have joined and wants to cancel her membership. She rings MAXmuscle and finds out they do not even have classes for older citizens.
She is told she cannot cancel her membership as it is in the contract.
Advise Linda.
